Custom Subscription implies that you create the required set of plugin(s) by yourself. For example, you can choose which plugins you need for the project and purchase them as one subscription with one license key.
A custom subscription plan covers one year of product updates and zoom/ticket/chat support.
You can purchase one plugin or some of them, but everything you add to the cart will be a Custom Subscription. Even if you buy only one plugin, it is a Custom Subscription too.
You can purchase dynamic / design templates and popups in the frame of the All-Inclusive (both for one site and unlimited) or Lifetime subscription plans only.
If you purchase a set of plugins as one custom purchase, keep in mind that the conditions of the custom subscription encompass all purchased plugins. It means that you can manage the set simultaneously and will not be able to renew or refund only one item from the purchased set.
If you understand that the list is excessive, it is more reasonable not to renew this subscription and buy the plugin you need separately. For example, if you buy JetEngine, JetSmartFilters, and JetElements as a Custom Subscription, you can’t renew only one plugin from this set (i.e., JetEngine only). Besides, you can get a refund for all the plugins from the one custom subscription, but not for one of them.
The custom subscription is the best if you need the selected plugins to have one license key. If you are going to renew only one plugin in the future, then it’s better to buy it as a separate subscription. This way, every item will have a separate license key and separate purchase conditions.
You can manage your subscription from your Personal Account:
- to upgrade: unroll the Purchase Details block and press the “Upgrade License” link to upgrade your subscription. You will be redirected to the Checkout page to fill in a checkout form, then you will specify the payment method and proceed with payment. More information is here.
- to renew: unroll the Purchase Details block and press the “Renew License” link. You will be redirected to the Checkout page to fill in the checkout form. Then you will specify the payment method and proceed with payment. More information is here.
How to Make Custom Purchases?
You can start your journey from any page, including the Pricing page: plugin pages, feature pages, and/or template pages.
- if you want to purchase one plugin or some plugins only
Press the “Buy from” button on the page of any plugin to add it to your shopping cart.
Then, you will be redirected to the page with purchase conditions. On this page, you can add this plugin to the shopping cart by pressing the button “Add to cart” or navigating to the Pricing page.
When you press the button “Add to cart”, the plugin will be added to the cart, and the “Add to cart” button will turn into the “Go to cart”.
You can continue your journey and add something else to your shopping cart or directly navigate to complete your purchase.
Here you can toggle the main conditions of the purchase (for one website or unlimited websites) and/or remove the plugin(s) from the cart by pressing the cross near the price. Remember that this condition is the same for all plugins you purchase.

Dynamic/design templates and interactive popups are free as a part of an All-Inclusive or Lifetime subscription.
You can purchase the dynamic/design template(s) or interactive popups in the frame of the All-Inclusive or Lifetime subscription plan. These packages cover all JetPlugins, therefore, you do not need to purchase the plugin separately. But in this case, you can apply all plugins to one or an unlimited number of sites according to your subscription plan.
