The JetPopup <\/em>plugin lets you pull out the data from JetEngine <\/em>listings within a pop-up. This tutorial will teach you how to display dynamic data inside the created pop-up.<\/p>\n\n\n

Mind that Dynamic Popup<\/strong> feature does not work with Rest API.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Proceed to the WordPress Dashboard > JetPopup > All Popups<\/em><\/strong> block. Press the \u201cCreate New Popup<\/strong>\u201d button to build a new pop-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose the Content Type <\/strong>option and complete the Name <\/strong>field if desired. If this field is left empty, the name will be generated automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the layout preset, and click the \u201cCreate<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, delete the default fields if they are not needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the search bar, find dynamic widgets and place the desired ones on the page. For instance, it can be Dynamic Image<\/strong><\/a> to display a thumbnail of the custom post, Dynamic Field<\/strong><\/a> to showcase the title of the post and some metadata, Dynamic Terms<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>to show attached categories, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dynamic widgets are still empty on this step, but the content will appear later.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Now click the gear icon in the very bottom-left corner of the Elementor panel, and the JetPopup Settings<\/strong> will be displayed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open the Settings<\/strong> accordion block and toggle on the Loading content with Ajax<\/strong> option for the content of the pop-up to load using the AJAX method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, enable the Force Loading<\/strong> option so that the content of the pop-up loads every time it is opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, click the \u201cEdit<\/strong>\u201d button next to Display Conditions <\/strong>to set the pop-up display conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once done, the new tab will be opened. Here, right away, you will see the conditions pop-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set the conditions<\/a> according to your needs and press the \u201cSave Conditions<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As soon as everything is done correctly, return to the pop-up editor and save this pop-up by clicking the \u201cPublish<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Before we begin the next step, make sure you have created a listing<\/a> with the JetEngine <\/em>plugin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open the Listing <\/strong>editor to attach the pop-up to it. One of the ways to do it is to click the gear icon in the bottom left corner of the screen, open the Listing Settings <\/strong>tab, and activate the Make listing item clickable <\/strong>feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the \u201cOpen JetPopup\u201d option as a Link source<\/strong> and pick the needed JetPopup <\/strong>option below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, the pop-up will open once users click on the Listing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another way to open the pop-up is to add the default Button <\/strong>widget with the desired label to the listing, allowing your customers to open the pop-up on click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open the Button <\/strong>settings and go to the Advanced<\/strong> tab. Here, you can find the JetPopup <\/em>accordion block, where you can specify the Attached Popup<\/strong> and activate the JetEngine Listing popup<\/strong> option. Enable it to attach the pop-up to the Listing Grid<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, define the Trigger Type<\/strong> as \u201cClick On Widget,\u201d and your pop-up will open once the button is clicked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the \u201cPublish<\/strong>\u201d button to save the settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you haven\u2019t put the Listing Grid <\/strong>onto the needed page yet, you can do it now. Then, save the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s time to have a look at what we have just done. Open the page and click the button to see the pop-up appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
