Adjust booking price and pricing rates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Open the General <\/strong>tab in the WordPress Dashboard > Bookings > Settings<\/em><\/strong> directory. Here, you can see the post type applied as a Booking instance post type<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fields for editing the booking settings are added to this post type, so we edit its posts accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the post editing page, there is a Pricing Settings<\/strong> block, in which the Price per 1 day\/night<\/strong> is added. This price can be displayed later on the Single Page<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Mind that the Price per 1 day\/night<\/strong> field is for numbers only. Any other characters are not accepted there.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Besides adding the static price for one day or night, you can also create flexible price rates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It means you can set a different price for a longer-term stay. For example, if a visitor rents the accommodation for three or more days, the price per day will be $ 21 instead of $ 30.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the \u201cAdd rates<\/strong>\u201d button to call the rates settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Press \u201cAdd new rate<\/strong>\u201d to specify the new rates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In our example, we added a new rate for bookings that last three days, priced at $21.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add as many rates as you want. When you are done, hit the \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can optionally add special prices on specific days of the week by hitting the \u201cAdd weekend<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check how the pricing can be displayed in the booking form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to WordPress Dashboard > JetFormBuilder > Forms<\/em><\/strong> and open the Single Page Booking Form<\/strong> for editing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add a Calculated Field<\/strong><\/a> to the form and check the block settings. There, you can find the macros that can be used in the Calculated Field<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the same booking form built with the JetFormBuilder <\/em>plugin, we can use the Calculated Field<\/strong> to fill in the price used on the WooCommerce checkout and order. To do so, open the Post Submit Actions<\/strong> tab and add the \u201cApartment Booking\u201d action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check how this pricing can be displayed on a Single Page <\/strong>(it can be edited in Elementor, Gutenberg, or Bricks).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can add a widget\/block\/element that will display the dynamic price. It can be a Headline <\/strong>or Text Editor <\/strong>widget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Click on the \u201cDynamic Tag<\/strong>\u201d icon, and select the \u201cJetBooking: Price per day\/night\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the \u201cJetBooking: Price per day\/night\u201d option, we picked the \u201cPrices range\u201d to be displayed (Show price <\/strong>field).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also, we enabled the Change Dynamically<\/strong> toggle to change the price according to the dates selected in the booking form on the Single Page<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can also edit the Currency sign<\/strong> and its position to fit your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the Price per 1 day\/night<\/strong> meta field (the one in the Price Settings<\/strong> meta box and attached to every CPT<\/strong> post) is empty, the Calculated Field<\/strong> will fail to count the total price and show a zero result.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
If you have a separate meta field for pricing and want to use it in the total price formula, you need to perform a few additional steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Go to the Post Type<\/strong> or Meta Box<\/strong> where you created the Price <\/strong>meta field, open it, and copy the ID of the field (the text you put into the Name <\/strong>bar). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Proceed to the form, hit the \u201cAdd Field<\/strong>\u201d button, and start editing it. You don\u2019t want the user to see it in the form, so choose the \u201cHidden\u201d Type<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Type in the Name <\/strong>and Label<\/strong>, then choose the \u201cCurrent Post Meta\u201d option in the Field Value<\/strong> drop-down menu. Paste the copied ID into the Meta field to get value from<\/strong> bar and click the \u201cApply Changes<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
