JetReviews<\/em> is a plugin designed to create and manage review sections that are convenient for site administrators and visitors. Whether one is displaying pre-existing reviews or enabling users to submit their feedback, the plugin provides all the necessary tools for implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the JetReviews<\/em> plugin is installed and activated, a new submenu will appear on the WordPress dashboard. The following sections provide a detailed overview of each available tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JetReviews Stats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first tab of the JetReviews<\/em> dashboard displays review statistics, providing useful insights for analytics and monitoring user activity on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Reviews Stats<\/strong> are displayed at the top of the web page, so that will be the first thing you see after opening this tab. It shows in numbers how many users left reviews and comments, how many of them are already approved, and how many are waiting for approval. The graphic illustrates that stats better, taking into account the period they were added. The diagram clearly displays the data about the rates of added reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The General Reviews Stats<\/strong> section is located at the top of the page. It displays numerical data on the total number of reviews and comments submitted by users, including how many have been approved and how many are pending approval. A graphical representation provides a visual summary of these statistics over a selected period, with a diagram illustrating the distribution and frequency of submitted review ratings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Post Types Reviews Stats<\/strong> section presents the same review data, segmented by post type. It allows for more detailed analysis of user activity across specific content types on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All Reviews<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cExport<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cImport<\/strong>\u201d buttons are located at the top and allow one to export existing reviews or import new ones, using a CSV format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After pressing the \u201cExport<\/strong>\u201d button, the Export Reviews<\/strong> pop-up window appears. In this window, one can select the Source<\/strong> \u2014 either \u201cPost\u201d or \u201cUser\u201d<\/em>. Based on the selected source, the Source Type<\/strong> dropdown will adjust accordingly: for \u201cPost\u201d, it displays available post types; for \u201cUser\u201d, it lists user roles (e.g., \u201cWP User\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After pressing the \u201cImport<\/strong>\u201d button, the Import Reviews<\/strong> pop-up window appears. Here, the SVG file with reviews can be uploaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bulk Actions<\/strong> dropdown is located under the buttons and enables performing actions (e.g., \u201cUnapprove\u201d, \u201cApprove,\u201d \u201cDelete\u201d) on multiple selected reviews at once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Search reviews<\/strong> bar helps find specific reviews based on keywords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitor-submitted reviews are stored in a table format. Each entry displays the review author’s name and email, review title and text, average rating, associated post, and submission date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
