When you use the Instagram <\/strong>widget of the JetElements plugin, you can choose to show photos stored in your account or the tagged photos. The first option demands receiving an Instagram Token, and we describe that process in a separate tutorial<\/a>. To show the tagged photos, you don\u2019t need the Token but there still can be a problem. Facebook blocks some of the servers and doesn\u2019t allow showing the photos. To avoid that, you need to get an official Instagram Graph API<\/strong> key, and this guide will show you all the steps you need to go through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1<\/span> Step<\/b> \u2014 Prepare the accounts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before you can start, you will need a Facebook<\/a> and Instagram<\/a> accounts. If you don\u2019t have accounts on those social media, make sure to register there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When that is done, create a Facebook Page<\/strong> for your brand or website. Go to the Page creation section<\/a>, type in the name of the page, and choose its type. Save the changes and open the page. If you have already created the Facebook Page, just open it. Now, proceed to the Settings <\/strong>tab of the left-side menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open the Instagram <\/strong>submenu option and click the \u201cConnect Account<\/strong>\u201d button to link your Instagram and Facebook pages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, go to your Instagram account and switch it to the Business <\/strong>or Creator Account<\/strong>. It isn\u2019t possible to do it from the PC, the option to switch the account type can be found in the mobile version only. So, open the Settings > Account<\/em><\/strong> and scroll down to the bottom of the list to find the Switch to Creator Account<\/strong> or Switch to Business Account<\/strong> links.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will need a Business Instagram Account<\/strong> to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2<\/span> Step<\/b> \u2014 Get the Instagram Graph API key<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now you have to visit the Social Feed<\/a> website and click the \u201cCreate Instagram Access Token<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Confirm your password in the next window and click the \u201cContinue<\/strong>\u201d button. You will be redirected back to the Social Feed site with the created keys displayed in the array code section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copy the number that goes after \u2018id\u2019 and the key displayed after the \u2018access_token\u2019 option. Open your website\u2019s dashboard and go to Crocoblock > JetPlugins Settings > JetElements > Integrations<\/em><\/strong>. Paste the ID to the Business User ID<\/strong> field and the access token to the Business Access Token<\/strong> field. All the changes will be saved automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Find the page, which you would like to add an Instagram feed to, and open it in the Elementor page builder. Drag-and-drop the Instagram <\/strong>widget to the page and take a look at the left-side menu. Go to the Content > Instagram Settings<\/em><\/strong> menu section. Enable the Use Instagram Graph API<\/strong> toggle. You will also be able to choose how to order tagged photos and show either the recent media or the top ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
