Book several appointments on different days and times with the Multi-booking<\/strong> option from the JetAppointment<\/a> <\/em>plugin. You can even book various services and providers in one form. Sounds good, doesn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use Multi-booking on the Front-end Form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enable the Multi-Booking option<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The first thing you need to do is create an appointment. The easiest way is to do it with Wizard Setup<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, go to the Appointments > Settings > Working Hours<\/em><\/strong> and enable the Multi-Booking<\/strong> option. After that, you\u2019ll see the Slot Count<\/strong> field. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here you can set Min <\/strong>and Max <\/strong>slots. For example, if we select the \u201c1\u201d option as Min and \u201c5\u201d as Max, then we\u2019ll be able to book up to 5 slots at different times and days in one form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"jetappointments\n\n\n\n

Also, pay attention to the Locked Time Before<\/strong> option. The appointment cannot be made if less than this time is left.  For example, if we set the time to 15 minutes, and we have a slot that will start at 4:00 p.m., and the current time would be 3:45 p.m., then this slot won\u2019t be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check the form in action on the frontend<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Now you need to create a form<\/a> with the help of the JetEngine<\/em><\/a> <\/em>plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, add the form to the needed page, and let\u2019s check how the multi-booking option works on the front end. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve chosen the five max slots to book five different services on various days and times. For example, we can book two slots on July 27 at different times for different services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, we\u2019ll see the details of our appointment under the calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"appointment\n\n\n\n

Then, we can choose other dates and book three appointments for different services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below we can see that all five booked appointments appeared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"appointments\n\n\n

Booked appointments on the backend<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After you\u2019ve booked an appointment, you can check it in the Appointments <\/strong>section in your dashboard. You\u2019ll see that all appointments are gathered in Group#1, so it contains five appointments. There\u2019s an opportunity to edit the appointment from the backend, delete separate appointments or the whole group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"appointments\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Book Appointments from the Admin Panel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To add the appointment from the backend, you need to go to the Appointments > Add New<\/em><\/strong>.
