JetAppointment<\/a> <\/em>presents a feature that allows you to set the price not only for the slot but also for an hour or minute. Find out how to define the desirable price more conveniently than ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set a Service Price<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Begin with JetAppointment Settings<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>if you haven\u2019t modified them yet. Once the Services <\/strong>and optional Provider(s) Post Types <\/strong>are chosen, navigate to the post type you have selected in the corresponding drop-down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open the post to adjust the Price per<\/strong> field. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first option is the default \u201cSlot.\u201d It defines the price for the entire service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"price\n\n\n\n

The next one defines setting a price for an hour. Choose this option to trigger the Price per hour <\/strong>field and complete it.<\/p>\n\n\n

The price will be rounded when the user picks not just hours but minutes. For instance, if the user makes an appointment for one hour and fifteen minutes, the price will be counted as two hours.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\"price\n\n\n\n

One more available option is \u201cMinute.\u201d It is responsible for the Price per minute <\/strong>field that appears once \u201cMinute\u201d is chosen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Type the needed price in the newly appeared field to set the price for one minute of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"price\n\n\n\n

\u201cUpdate\/Publish<\/strong>\u201d the post as soon as the price is set.<\/p>\n\n\n

The provider post also includes the \u201cInherit Service Price\u201d option that will take the service price as the basis if picked.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\"inherit\"\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Display Price in the Form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Proceed to the form created by default while setting up the JetAppointment <\/strong>plugin. It can be form built either with JetEngine<\/em><\/a> <\/strong>or <\/strong>JetFormBuilder<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create the Calculated field <\/strong>and add the following value: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

where the “appointment_date” is the field containing the appointment calendar. Completing this value is obligatory for the correct work of the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"calculated\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t forget to click on the \u201cApply Changes<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cUpdate<\/strong>\u201d buttons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next step is placing a form on the page. For instance, add the form to the listing item<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"form\n\n\n\n
