It creates static and dynamic review types for any CPT types, applies custom behavior conditions, allows roles, provides verification, generalizes statistics via the dashboard, structures data rendering, and shows dynamic rates and dynamic data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/widgets\/review-widget\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Static Review<\/a><\/strong> widget is one of the two widgets of this plugin. This widget adds some pre-made reviews to any page or post and permits the visitors to leave or not their reviews. <strong>Static Review <\/strong>adds two types of reviews: admin static reviews (moderated reviews of visitors) and user static reviews (limited number of reviews per one user without review moderation). &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adding-admin-static-reviews\"><strong>Adding Admin Static Reviews<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adding-the-static-review-widget\">Adding the Static Review widget<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Open the page or post you need to place the <strong>Static Review<\/strong> widget. In the widget menu, search for the <strong>Static Review<\/strong> widget and drag-n-drop it to the section where you want to put it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/static_review_elem-1x.png\" alt=\"static review widget icon\">\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The widget has the following settings: Content, Structured Data, Header Settings, Fields Settings, and Summary Settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/edit_static_review_elem-1x.png\" alt=\"edit static review widget settings\">\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"manual-input-of-the-review-options\">Manual input of the Review Options<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>Content <\/strong>settings block, choose the Manually Input option for the <strong>Content Source<\/strong> drop-down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/static_review_content-1x.png\" alt=\"content source drop-down menu of review widget settings\">\n\n\n\n<p>The Manually Input option, if enabled, turns on the following settings to customize the review box:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Show Review Author<\/strong> toggle turns on the review data showing on the review, i.e., <a href=\"mailto:admin@crocoblocck.com\">admin@crocoblock.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Label<\/strong> is the field to type the review option shown on the review; users can type any other word instead of the Design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Field Value<\/strong> and <strong>Field Max<\/strong> fields to type the user\u2019s assessment, i.e., nine out of ten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To add the new item to show, press the \u201c+<strong>ADD ITEM<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adding-summary-data\">Adding Summary Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/static_review_summary_data-1x.png\" alt=\"summary data adding of review widget settings\">\n\n\n\n<p>Type the data into the appropriate fields to add the summary data as the <strong>Review Summary Title<\/strong>, <strong>Summary Text<\/strong>, or <strong>Summary Legend<\/strong>. Besides, the <strong>Summary Text <\/strong>field allows adding media (the \u201c<strong>Add Media<\/strong>\u201d button), customizing the text, and selecting the dynamic data via <em>JetEngine<\/em> Dynamic tags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This tutorial overviews <a href=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/articles\/jetengine-using-the-pre-designed-section-templates-to-display-dynamic-content\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JetEngine: Dynamic Tags and Dynamic Settings<\/a> and explains how to use dynamic tags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adding-structured-data\">Adding Structured Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/static_review_add_str_data-1x.png\" alt=\"structured data settings of review widget settings\">\n\n\n\n<p>If enabled, the <strong>Add Structured Data to the review box<\/strong> toggle turns on the following fields to add these data:<strong> Review Item Name, Review Item Image, Review Item Description, Review Date, <\/strong>and <strong>Review Author Name<\/strong>. These settings make the review more specific and help Google to rank it; therefore, the review does not show it. If you leave the bars empty, the data will be automatically taken from the meta fields of the current post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"header-settings\">Header Settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/static_review_header-1x.png\" alt=\"header settings enabled\">\n\n\n\n<p>This block of settings is responsible for the review\u2019s headline. It displays on the top of the widget. Type in the <strong>Title <\/strong>of the review and pick the <strong>Average Layout<\/strong> value from the drop-down list to show <strong>Stars<\/strong>, <strong>Percentages<\/strong>, or <strong>Points<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"field-settings\">Field Settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n&gt;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/static_review_posts_setting-1x.png\" alt=\"field settings enabled\">\n\n\n\n<p>These settings define the positioning and general appearance of the assessment criteria scales. The <strong>Layout <\/strong>can be displayed as <strong>Stars<\/strong>, <strong>Percentages<\/strong>, or <strong>Points<\/strong>. Users can determine whether to show the <strong>Progressbar <\/strong>or not, define the <strong>Values Position<\/strong> and <strong>Alignment<\/strong>, and add a <strong>Label Suffix<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"name-the-filter\">Name the filter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To add the <strong>Summary Settings<\/strong> data, unroll the <strong>Summary Settings<\/strong> block and choose the options you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/static_review_summary_settings-1x.png\" alt=\"field summary enabled\">\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"stylish-settings\">Stylish Settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These settings customize all options of the review box to make it stylish. After enabling reviews for this type of page or post, a set of meta fields was added.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To add metadata to the post, click on the post to edit and scroll the post or page to the <em>JetReviews<\/em> meta box.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/static_review_fields_guten-1x.png\" alt=\"review field added to post\">\n\n\n\n<p>Here used a post with meta fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Title field of the review<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reviews fields: Label, Value, <\/strong>and <strong>Max Value <\/strong>fields to add assessment criteria for the users to evaluate the post or item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Summary Title <\/strong>bar for a short opinion on the post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Summary Text <\/strong>field to type the text of the review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Summary Legend<\/strong> field to display the average score of the review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The following meta box is <strong>JetReviews Structured Data<\/strong>. It allows you to add the data for the reviewed item straight to the review, making the reviews more understandable for visitors. You can add the Item\u2019s <strong>Name<\/strong>, <strong>Image<\/strong>, <strong>Description<\/strong>, and<strong> Author<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/static_review_structured_data-1x.png\" alt=\"jetreviews structured data fields\">\n\n\n\n<p>Click the \u201c<strong>Update<\/strong>\u201d button to save changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To add review fields to CPTs, you need to have the <em>JetEngine<\/em> plugin. Type the post ID in the <strong>Get Data From Post<\/strong> field to get data. The ID is the number in the URL that goes after \u201cpost=\u201d. Unroll it down and choose the Post Meta option from the Content Source drop-down menu.
