According to the Crocoblock Terms of Use<\/a>, you can cancel your subscription at any time while it is valid. The cancellation means there will be no auto-renewal for this subscription, but everything you\u2019ve created with our products will be saved and will continue to work. There will be no updates or support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To cancel the subscription, first log in to your Personal Account<\/a>. Then, navigate to the Purchase Details<\/strong> block and press the \u201cView details<\/strong>\u201d link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Things to know<\/div>

Cancellation is available for an initial (not renewed) subscription with the \u201cComplete\u201d Payment Status<\/strong>, but not the \u201cRenewal\u201d Payment Status<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

After pressing the \u201cView Details<\/strong>\u201d link, the current Subscription details <\/strong>will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this case, we select the subscription with ID #1941873, which has the \u201cComplete\u201d Payment<\/strong> Status, <\/strong>and then move to the Subscription details<\/strong> block of this subscription.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, press the \u201cManage<\/strong>\u201d link and, after that, click the \u201cCancel<\/strong>\u201d link in the newly appeared Available actions<\/strong> pop-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, the Status<\/strong> of the subscription will be changed to \u201cCancelled\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
