There are the following payment statuses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>abandoned: <\/strong>an abandoned payment happens when a user begins to make a payment but doesn&#8217;t complete it;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>refunded:<\/strong>&nbsp; the payment was refunded, and the money was returned back to the user;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>complete: <\/strong>the payment was successful, and now users can apply the purchased plugins;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>pending: <\/strong>the payment was unsuccessful according to the Crocoblock <a href=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/terms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">terms of use<\/a>, mainly because the payment was incomplete; therefore, the user needs additional verification from billing to complete the purchase. Please check your mail or contact support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Regardless of the payment status, you will receive a message to the email you have entered during the purchase (on the <strong>Checkout <\/strong>page) with login details to enter your Crocoblock <a href=\"https:\/\/account.crocoblock.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Personal Account<\/strong> <\/a>(your username and password). Enter your account to see the status of your payment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"complete-status\">Complete Status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>If your payment status is complete, it means that your payment was successful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This status makes it possible to apply the plugin(s) you purchase on your sites. Enter your <strong>Personal Account<\/strong><em>, <\/em>then navigate to the <strong>Purchase Details<\/strong> block and scroll down by pressing the \u201c<strong>View Details<\/strong>\u201d link to see your license key, specify the sites where you will use the purchased plugins, and upgrade the license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/view-details-link-window.png\" alt=\"view details link window\">\n\n\n\n<p>Here you will see the payment status and can copy your license key, manage sites, download info, and upgrade\/extend the license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/complete-payment-status-window.png\" alt=\"complete payment status window\">\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pending-status\">Pending Status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>Your purchase can have the pending status, according to the Crocoblock <a href=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/terms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">terms of use<\/a>, if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>the payment has not been processed yet, so you have to wait for a while;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/terms\/#technical-support:~:text=Community%20is%20recommended).-,Anti-fraud%20Verification,purchases%20with%20the%20same%20card%20will%20be%20processed%20without%20any%20delays.,-Third-party%20Links\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">additional verification<\/a> is needed to complete the purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/pending-payment-letter.png\" alt=\"pending payment letter\">\n\n\n\n<p>Enter your <strong>Personal Account<em> <\/em><\/strong>to see the pending status of your purchase.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/pending-purchase.png\" alt=\"pending purchase\">\n\n\n\n<p>Recheck your email if you have completed the payment but the purchase is pending. You can take a digital photo with the web, digital, or cell phone camera.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have only a digital (virtual, electronic) card and have sent its screenshot, then the billing will ask you to send documents for confirmation (passport, ID).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Billing may also ask for a driver\u2019s license or phone number. Billing will indicate this in the letter, so you need to read it carefully. The faster you send everything, the faster the payment will go through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After getting the verification information, the payment will be complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"technical-issues-of-pending\"><strong>Technical issues of pending<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It also happens that the payment did not go through for other reasons, and you did not receive the verification request letter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>check if there are enough funds on the card;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>try to clear the cache or try to make your purchase using another browser and another card;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if you have bought with PayPal and failed to buy, try to make your purchase with a card;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact your bank if all these means are not working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Usually, if you did not get the request letter asking to send documents or the card, it is better to contact <a href=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/help-center\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Crocoblock support<\/a>.
