The JetAppointment <\/em>plugin allows you to create appointments and set Zoom calls simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adjust Zoom Integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Make sure you have built a Server-to-Server OAuth app, then go to the WordPress Dashboard > Appointments > Settings <\/em><\/strong>directory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open the Integrations <\/strong>tab and activate the Zoom <\/strong>toggle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Provide JetAppointment <\/em>with the required credentials by completing the following fields: Account ID<\/strong>, Client ID<\/strong>, and Client secret, <\/strong>which you can find in the Zoom App Marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n

Make sure you enabled \u201cmeeting:master\u201d and \u201cmeeting:write:admin\u201d scopes for your app.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mind pressing the \u201cAuth<\/strong>\u201d button to access the given credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set Zoom Workflows<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Head to the Workflows <\/strong>tab and switch on the Active <\/strong>toggle. Press the \u201cNew Workflow Item<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the \u201cAppointment Created\u201d Event <\/strong>and define the \u201cImmediately\u201d option as Start<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the \u201cNew Action<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fill in the Action name <\/strong>field and pick the \u201cCreate Zoom Meeting\u201d Action<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, set the Topic <\/strong>of the meeting. In our case, \u201cZoom call appointment.\u201d If needed, press the \u201cDynamic tag<\/strong>\u201d button to select the dynamic macro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next step is to set an Agenda<\/strong>. We press the \u201cDynamic tag<\/strong>\u201d button and choose the \u201cService Title\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you can see, the field is now complete with the %service_title% macro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set the Password Length <\/strong>if needed, then click the \u201cNew Action<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once again, complete the Action name <\/strong>field. This time, leave the default \u201cSend Email\u201d Action<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Press the \u201cDynamic tag<\/strong>\u201d button next to the Email to <\/strong>field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Find the Provider Meta Field <\/strong>in the list. Click on it to see the Meta Field to Get <\/strong>field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This field should be completed with the meta field value containing the user’s email. In our case, it is the Custom Post Type<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s \u201cText\u201d meta field<\/a> built with JetEngine<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t forget to press the \u201cApply<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complete the Email subject<\/strong>, Sent from email<\/strong>, <\/strong>and Send from name <\/strong>fields with desired values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can fill in the following Email message <\/strong>field with the \u201cCancel Appointment URL\u201d and \u201cConfirm Appointment URL\u201d values (%cancel_url% and %confirm_url% macros accordingly).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCancel Appointment URL\u201d and \u201cConfirm Appointment URL\u201d macros are available if the Generate Confirmation URLs<\/strong> toggle is activated in the Advanced<\/strong> tab.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s return to the Workflows <\/strong>tab and add one more new action by pressing the similarly named button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This one will also be a \u201cSend Email\u201d Action<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Press the \u201cDynamic tag<\/strong>\u201d button next to the Email to <\/strong>field and find the \u201cAppointment User Email\u201d value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work on the Email subject<\/strong>, Sent from email<\/strong>, Send from name<\/strong>, and Email message <\/strong>fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, let\u2019s set the action that will be triggered when the appointment status is changed to \u201cCompleted.\u201d To do so, press the \u201cNew Workflow Item<\/strong>\u201d button and set the \u201cAppointment Status Changed\u201d Event<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the \u201cCompleted\u201d status as the New Status <\/strong>and \u201cImmediately\u201d as the Start<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Push the \u201cNew Action<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This action should be set as \u201cSend Email.\u201d Select the \u201cAppointment User Email\u201d dynamic option as Email to <\/strong>value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will complete the following Email subject <\/strong>field with both a custom value and a dynamic tag, \u201cService Title.\u201d Afterward, complete the Sent from email <\/strong>field and Sent from name <\/strong>fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, complete the Email message <\/strong>field with \u201cZoom Meeting Join URL (for user)\u201d and \u201cZoom Meeting Password.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, the last action will be added to inform the service provider (in our case, the doctor) about the call.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Action <\/strong>should be set as \u201cSend Email\u201d and the Email to <\/strong>as \u201cProvider Meta Field\u201d dynamic tag. Don\u2019t forget to specify the meta field that contains email in the Meta Field to Get <\/strong>field and press the \u201cApply<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also specify the Email subject <\/strong>with both custom and macro values. After that, complete the following the Sent from email<\/strong>, Sent from name<\/strong>, and Email message<\/strong> fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mind that we have added the \u201cZoom Meeting Start URL (for admin)\u201d to the last Email message <\/strong>field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s it for customizations; now check the front end where the appointment form is added.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Fill out the form, select the needed date and time, and press the \u201cSubmit<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once done, check if the set emails are delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially, the client receives an email asking them to wait for approval of the Zoom call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, the doctor receives an email with links to confirm or cancel the Zoom call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
