We will use the information you provide with the best industry-standard practices and <strong>store your data securely<\/strong>. Also, please note that the information you provide in your tax form should match your payment details. Otherwise, we can&#8217;t proceed with payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"choose-affiliate-location\">Choose Affiliate Location<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>If you are still not a Crocoblock Affiliate, <a href=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/affiliates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">feel free to register<\/a> and submit the form during the registration process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case you are an existing Affiliate, to submit the affiliate tax form, go to your <a href=\"https:\/\/account.crocoblock.com\/affiliate-area\/\">Crocoblock Affiliate Account<\/a>. Then go to the <strong>Tax Info tab <\/strong>and follow the instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/affiliate-location.png\" alt=\"affiliate location options\">\n\n\n\n<p>There are two location options available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>US Citizen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-US Citizen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>US Citizen is the one who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Born in the US;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Born outside the United States with at least 1 parent (who is US Citizen);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Naturalized citizens;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Green card holders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tax residence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-US Citizen<\/strong> is a person who is not granted US citizenship, Green Card holder, or \u201cprotected person\u201c. It\u2019s also any foreign corporation, business, partnership, trust, society, or any other entity\/group that is not organized\/incorporated to manage the business in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose the appropriate one and proceed with filling out the form.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fill-out-affiliate-tax-form-as-us-citizen\">Fill Out Affiliate Tax Form as US Citizen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>All United States Citizens need to fill out the W9 form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/us-citizen-tax-identity.png\" alt=\"usa citizen tax form\">\n\n\n\n<p>Add your standard information: First and Last Name, Business Name optionally, Country, Address, City\/Town, State\/Province, ZIP\/Postal code, List account numbers here (optional).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, choose the<strong> Tax Classification<\/strong> among 9 options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Individual;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C Corporation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S Corporation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partnership;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trust\/Estate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limited Liability Company &#8211; C;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limited Liability Company &#8211; S;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limited Liability Company &#8211; P;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After this, choose your <strong>Tax ID Type<\/strong> (Social Security Number or Identification Number), and pass your<strong> Tax ID Number<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"check-the-information-and-sign-the-form\">Check the information and sign the form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, have a look at the certification section to make sure your information is correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Form W9 is aimed at identifying you as a US person, so it\u2019s important to provide only correct information.
