Download and Install the Add-on<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First, navigate to the Crocoblock Dev Tools<\/strong> page<\/a> to observe all available add-ons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this page, you can find the Dynamic data addon, <\/em>or click the <\/em>JetTabs<\/strong> tab <\/em>to download it there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, install and activate the add-on as any WordPress plugin. Read more details in the How to Install Plugins Manually<\/strong><\/a> and How to Install JetPlugins via WordPress Dashboard<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>tutorials.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Create the Repeater Meta Field for CPT <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In this case, we create the \u201cBooks\u201d <\/em>CPT<\/strong> to display grouped data. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, we add the Repeater Field<\/strong> and fill in the Label<\/strong> and Name\/ID<\/strong> fields (\u201cbooks_repeater\u201d, in this case). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, we press the \u201cNew Repeater Field<\/strong>\u201d button to add the field for completing: the \u201cAuthor\u201d Text Field<\/strong>, \u201cCover\u201d Media Field<\/strong>, and \u201cDescription\u201d Textarea<\/strong> Field<\/strong>. For the Media Field<\/strong>, set the \u201cMedia ID\u201d Value Format<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Things to know<\/div>

You can add the Repeater Field<\/strong> with the nested fields to a Meta Box <\/strong><\/a> to provide the same functionality. These and other meta fields are described in the Custom Field Types Overview<\/strong><\/a> tutorial.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

When everything is set, click the \u201cAdd\/Update Post Type<\/strong>\u201d button on the right.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Fill out the CPT Posts<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Open the newly created CPT<\/strong> section in the WordPress Dashboard. We are going to fill out the Repeater Field<\/strong> data into every CPT<\/strong> item. Click the \u201cEdit<\/strong>\u201d button under the post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Display the Dynamic Content via JetTabs Tabs Widgets<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Create a single<\/strong> <\/strong>template<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Go to the WordPress Dashboard > Crocoblock > Theme Builder<\/em><\/strong> tab. Here, create a new single template<\/strong><\/a> to be edited in the Elementor Page Builder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the JetTabs widget<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Find the Tabs<\/strong> widget in the search bar or any other that supports the Dynamic data addon<\/em> (Image Accordion<\/strong> and Classic Accordion<\/strong>) and place it on the single page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open the widget’s settings and expand the Dynamic Settings<\/strong> tab. After that, activate the Enable dynamic data<\/strong> toggle and specify the Repeater field name<\/strong> as we set it earlier in the Name\/ID<\/strong> field of the Repeater<\/strong> meta field<\/strong> (\u201cbooks_repeater\u201d, in this case).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insert the meta field\u2019s Name\/ID<\/strong> that should be shown in the Image<\/strong> field (\u201ccover\u201d, here) and specify the other ID<\/strong>s if you have added some before. In this case, we insert the Name\/ID<\/strong> of these fields (\u201cauthor\u201d and \u201cdescription\u201d) into the Title<\/strong> and Description<\/strong> fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
