When you install the JetAppointment<\/em> booking plugin, it adds an Appointment<\/strong> tab to the dashboard menu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its first submenu tab is the Appointments<\/strong> list window. You can add, edit, and delete appointments and do other actions here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding New Appointment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click on the \u201cAdd New<\/strong>\u201d button at the top of the page to open an appointment pop-up window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, you can set the Status <\/strong>of the appointment, choose the Service <\/strong>and Provider <\/strong>that you previously assigned to the JetAppointment <\/em>functionality in the Settings tab<\/a>, define the Date <\/strong>and Time <\/strong>of the appointment, and insert the User name <\/strong>and User e-mail <\/strong>values. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the data you set here will be shown in the corresponding columns of the appointments table. When you fill in all the fields, press the \u201cAdd New<\/strong>\u201d button at the bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appointment Statuses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

JetAppointment <\/em>uses several appointment statuses to show the current stage of the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n

The appointment status flow may vary depending on the payment setup on the website. Statuses can be automatically updated by payment integrations (for example, when using WooCommerce<\/i> payments or third-party gateways), handled by the form logic, or fully managed manually by the administrator if the payment system is used.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
