Initially, on the upper side of the page, the type of the account can be selected: \u201cCustomer\u201d or \u201cAffiliate<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"choose\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Settings and Log Out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cSettings<\/strong>\u201d button in the upper right corner allows users to edit the Account Settings<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second \u201cLog Out<\/strong>\u201d button exits the current page to let the user enter other credentials for logging in to the Crocoblock account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"crocoblock\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

From the Crocoblock account page, the user can also download the JetFormBuilder plugin<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"extras\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

On the right side of the page, the Purchase details<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>are displayed if some purchases were made on the website.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More detailed information on the purchase can be found by clicking the \u201cView Details<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"crocoblock\n\n\n\n

The details include information about the date and price of the purchase, payment status<\/a>, discounts applied, invoices for downloading<\/a>, and license details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the License <\/strong>part of the purchase details, the license renewal<\/a> button is presented. Here, the Crocoblock subscription can also be upgraded<\/a> or canceled<\/a> if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Refund option is also available for Crocoblock users. It can be requested within 30 days only after the date of purchase.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

In the Installs <\/strong>field, there is a possibility to add websites to the subscription<\/a>. Crocoblock also provides a \u201cLicense Subkeys<\/a>\u201d feature that can be managed in this section.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
