If the <a href=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/plugins\/jetappointment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>JetAppointment<\/em><\/a><em> <\/em>plugin is activated, the <a href=\"https:\/\/jetformbuilder.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>JetFormBuilder<\/em><\/a> plugin adds special appointment blocks with different post-submit actions. Navigate to the settings of the <strong>Action<\/strong> button block and type the necessary text (here, <em>Make an Appointment<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the <strong>Submit Form<\/strong> option from the <strong>Field Setting<\/strong> drop-down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/appointment-setting-customization-1x.png\" alt=\"appointment setting customization\">\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"woocommerce-integration\"><strong>WooCommerce integration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply the post-submit actions for the form. Select the <strong>Make an appointment<\/strong> option from the drop-down menu and press the pencil icon to edit this action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/make-an-appointment-option-settings-1x.png\" alt=\"make an appointment option settings\">\n\n\n\n<p>If the<strong><em> JetAppointment<\/em><\/strong><em> &gt; <\/em><strong><em>Settings<\/em><\/strong><em> &gt; <\/em><strong><em>General <\/em><\/strong>&gt; <strong>WooCommerce integration <\/strong>toggle is enabled, the <strong>Make an Appointment<\/strong> option pop-up displays the settings integrated with <em>WooCommerce<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adding-post-submit-actions\"><strong>Adding Post Submit actions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add another post-submit action if necessary by pressing the &#8220;<strong>+ New Action<\/strong>&#8221; button&nbsp;(here, <em>Send Email<\/em> to confirm the appointment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/post-submit-action-settings-1x-1.png\" alt=\"post submit action settings\">\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adding-the-appointment-form-data-to-cpts\"><strong>Adding the appointment form data to CPTs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <em>JetAppointment <\/em>plugin collects appointment data to manage appointments via its dashboard.<br>Users can specify CPTs to collect the submitted appointment data by selecting the <strong>Insert\/Update Post<\/strong> option from the <strong>Post Submit Actions <\/strong>tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/adding-the-booking-form-data-to-cpts-1x.png\" alt=\"adding the booking form data to cpts\">\n\n\n\n<p>Choose the necessary CPT from the drop-down menu and other options to specify meta-fields to save the appointment data.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Press the \u201c<strong>Update<\/strong>\u201d button to save changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Press the \u201c<strong>Publish<\/strong>\u201d button to publish the form.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"appointment-appearance\"><strong>Appointment Appearance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>If the <a href=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/plugins\/jetappointment\/\"><em>JetAppointment<\/em><\/a> plugin is enabled, users can set different time schedules: Slots, Time Picker, and Recurring. The <em>JetFormBuilder <\/em>plugin, in its turn, will take into account these settings and display the <strong>Appointment Date<\/strong> block according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/plugins\/jetappointment\/\"><em>JetAppointment<\/em><\/a> plugin settings.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adding-the-form-to-single-pages\"><strong>Adding the Form to Single Pages<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>Users can add the built form to single pages in Elementor or Gutenberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Create a single page to display the Service CPT (here, <em>Services<\/em> CPT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/single-page-settings-1x.png\" alt=\"single page settings\">\n\n\n\n<p>Find the <strong>JetForm<\/strong> widget and drag-n-drop it where needed.
