Creating a Simple JetEngine Export<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Create a new export<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Go to WordPress Dashboard > All Export > New Export<\/em><\/strong> and select the post type that contains the JetEngine <\/em>custom fields that you want to export. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, we\u2019re exporting WordPress \u201cPosts,\u201d which has several JetEngine <\/em>fields assigned to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To continue, click the \u201cCustomize Export File<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Include the JetEngine fields in your export<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In the Drag & Drop<\/strong> screen, you can select the fields for your export. The available fields appear in the Available Data<\/strong> panel on the right, organized by subsections. To work with a subsection, expand it, and then drag and drop any fields you want to export from there to the column selection area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this example, we have expanded the Available Data > JetEngine<\/em><\/strong> subsection and added all of its fields to the export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you have finished selecting your export fields, click the \u201cContinue<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complete the export<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Export Settings<\/strong> screen will appear next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can use the Scheduling Options<\/strong> section to configure your export to run automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Advanced Options<\/strong> section, you can control various aspects of the export process, including whether to create a new export file each time the export is run, split the export into multiple files, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For now, just click the \u201cConfirm & Run Export<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Download the export file<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When the export completes, you will see a corresponding message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To download your file, click the \u201cCSV<\/strong>\u201d button near the center of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n

Things to know<\/div>

If you change the export file type to Excel or XML earlier in the export process, the label on this button will change accordingly.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
