Add the Ajax Search Widget to a Page<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Create a page in Elementor, Block Editor, or the Bricks theme. For instance, in this tutorial, we use Elementor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Find the Ajax Search<\/strong><\/a> widget and drop it onto the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the Listing in the Ajax Search Widget’s Settings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Unroll the Search Query<\/strong> tab of the Content<\/strong> settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tutorial AJAX Search Query Overview<\/a> explains how to manage this tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the Source<\/strong> field and specify the needed source for the search (in this case, we added the “Properties” Custom Post Type<\/strong>, which was used to build the listing and will be displayed in the results area). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unroll the Results Area<\/strong> settings of the Ajax Search<\/strong> widget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Listing<\/strong> drop-down list, select the needed listing (this listing should have the same source as the one selected in the Source<\/strong> field of the Search Query<\/strong> tab).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
