Things to know<\/div>

A Preset<\/strong> is a combination of settings that can be applied to any table with WooCommerce<\/i> products, for instance, via the Product Table<\/strong> block. Also, the Preset can be used to generate shortcodes or display tables on the WooCommerce<\/i> pages. Also, the JetProductTables<\/i> plugin allows the creation of as many Presets<\/strong> as needed.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Open the Settings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings<\/em><\/strong> tab (or press the \u201cProduct Tables Settings<\/strong>\u201d link under the JetProductTables<\/em> plugin\u2019s name in WordPressDashboard > Plugins<\/em><\/strong> to be redirected to this tab). Here, move to the Product Table<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add or Delete the Table Columns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Move to the enlisted Table Columns<\/strong>. Some \u0441olumns (i.e., Product ID<\/strong>, Price<\/strong>, etc.) are added by default. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, you can add the needed column(s) by selecting from the \u201cSelect a \u0441olumn\u201d drop-down list and pressing the \u201cAdd Column<\/strong>\u201d button below the Table Columns<\/strong> section. To delete the unnecessary \u0441olumn, press the \u201crecycle bin<\/strong>\u201d icon on the right side of the appropriate \u0441olumn.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Manage the Column Data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Unroll the needed column. All columns have the LABEL<\/strong> text field for inserting the text that will be displayed on the front end as the title of this column.<\/p>\n\n\n

Every table column has specific settings. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

In this case, we unrolled the \u201cProduct Title\u201d column. Then, we kept the Linked<\/strong> toggle activated by default to link the product name to the product page, allowed sorting the data on the front end by enabling the Is Sortable<\/strong> toggle, and kept the default value of the VALUE FORMAT<\/strong> text field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specify the General Features of the Table<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Unfold to the Settings<\/strong> tab. Here, the General<\/strong> section includes the settings that specify the general view of the table, i.e., its header, footer, etc.

Set the Filters<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This group of settings adds filters for the Product Table<\/strong>. If activated, the Enable Filters<\/strong> toggle turns on the default Taxonomy Filter<\/strong> and Search Filter<\/strong> tabs. To add another filter, select a needed option from the drop-down list with the \u201cSelect a filter\u2026\u201d text and press the \u201cAdd Filter<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n

You can add as many filters of the same type to the table as you need.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

In this tab, we unrolled the Taxonomy Filter <\/strong>tab and kept the default PLACEHOLDER<\/strong> text. Then, we picked the category in the SELECT TAXONOMY<\/strong> drop-down list. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, we toggled the Show Count<\/strong> and Hierarchical<\/strong> toggles to show the number of search results and display the taxonomy hierarchy on the front end, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, we unrolled the Search filter<\/strong> tab and kept the default text in the PLACEHOLDER<\/strong> field. Also, we activated the Search on typing<\/strong> toggle and then kept the default minimum number of characters that users have to enter for the automatic search to start in the newly-appeared MIN CHARS TO START SEARCH<\/strong> text field. Finally, we enabled the Show search button<\/strong> toggle and kept the default text for the search button in the SEARCH BUTTON LABEL<\/strong> text field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filtering is provided according to the order of the filter position on the Table Filter<\/strong> page.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Select the Pages to Display the Table<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To set the standard WooCommerce<\/em> pages to display the table, navigate to the Integration<\/strong> tab and unroll it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To set the Preset<\/strong> for the needed page, activate the appropriate toggle near the specific page. You can also choose a separate preset for each page. If no <\/strong>preset is selected, the table for this page will be displayed according to the settings you specified previously on the General<\/strong> settings tab..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Design the Table<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Move to the Design<\/strong> tab and customize the table\u2019s appearance (i.e., the Table Headings<\/strong>, Table Body<\/strong>, and\/or Filters<\/strong>). In particular, assign text colors, fonts, borders, and more.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Save the Preset<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once completed, press the \u201cPresets Manager<\/strong>\u201d button to save the preset. Here, type the preset\u2019s name in the SAVE CURRENT SETTINGS STATE AS PRESET<\/strong> and press the \u201cSave Preset<\/strong>\u201d button near this text field. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, the created preset will be shown in the list below. Also, you can edit and\/or delete this preset by pressing the \u201cpencil<\/strong>\u201d or \u201crecycle bin<\/strong>\u201d icon, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
