In this guide, we will show how to display the CCT <\/strong>items in the search results area of the Ajax Search <\/strong>widget\/block\/element.<\/p>\n\n\n

The described case is based on the BaliRento<\/a> dynamic template.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Edit the Ajax Search<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Proceed to the page where the Ajax Search <\/strong>is located. It can be a page\/template built with Elementor, Block Editor (Gutenberg), or Bricks. For instance, we will work with the header template in Elementor.<\/p>\n\n\n

Things to know<\/div>

We use the JetThemeCore<\/em><\/a> plugin to build a header template<\/a>. However, you are free to use other pages\/templates.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

First, proceed to the Seach Query <\/strong>tab and pick the Source <\/strong>that will be used for searching. For example, we select the \u201cPosts\u201d Source<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open the Additional Results <\/strong>tab. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, if you have already created a CCT<\/strong>, the corresponding toggle will be presented. It contains the name of your CCT<\/strong>. For example, in our case, it\u2019s Properties CCT Search Source<\/strong>. Activate it to have access to further settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the toggle is activated, you will see the settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, complete the Title <\/strong>that will be displayed above the searched items. Then, select the Listing<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>attached to the CCT<\/strong> you work with so it will be used in the search results area. If not selected, only the picked Title Field<\/strong> will be displayed.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, you can complete the URL Field<\/strong>. <\/strong>These two fields (Title Field <\/strong>and URL Field<\/strong>) should be completed with the Names\/IDs <\/strong>of the CCT <\/strong>fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have made the desired changes to Ajax Search <\/strong>and the page\/template itself, save the changes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Check the Result<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Head to the front end to check the result. Start typing the existing search request to see if the CCT <\/strong>item will be displayed in the search results area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have typed the \u201cvilla\u201d request, so the posts from the \u201cPosts\u201d post type and CCT <\/strong>items that include the searched request are shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
