Optionally, you can use a plugin for code snippets to paste filter codes there. For example, in this guide, we use the <em>Code Snippets<\/em><strong> <\/strong>plugin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, we navigate to <strong><em>WordPress Dashboard > Snippets > Add New<\/em><\/strong>. Now, we want to add a filter that will change the needed access capability name to access the appointments list page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you also use <em>Code Snippets<\/em>, give a name to the snippet and paste the following code in the corresponding code area:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>add_filter( 'jet-apb\/page\/jet-apb-appointments\/capability', function() {\r\n\treturn 'edit_posts';\r\n} );\r<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>jet-apb\/page\/$page_slug\/capability \u2014 a hook name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jet-apb-appointments \u2014 a list of the appointments in the <strong><em>WordPress Dashboard &gt; Appointments &gt; Appointments <\/em><\/strong>directory;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>edit_posts \u2014 is a capability name. It can be changed depending on the capability you need. This exact endpoint allows seeing the appointments list;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>edit_posts \u2014 is a capability name. It can be changed depending on the capability you need. For more information, check the <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/documentation\/article\/roles-and-capabilities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Roles and Capabilities<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>guide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use the following endpoints in the code:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>appointment-add-appointment \u2014 to be able to add appointments from the admin dashboard;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>appointment-meta \u2014 to be able to see metadata from the admin dashboard;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>appointments-list \u2014 to get the appointments list;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delete-appointment \u2014 to be able to delete appointments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>appointment-zoom-token \u2014 to get access to the appointment zoom token;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>get-appointment \u2014 to get information about appointments by ID;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>update-appointment \u2014 to be able to update appointments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>update-appointment-integrations \u2014 to be able to update appointment integrations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>update-appointment-workflows \u2014 to be able to update appointment workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If several allowed contexts are needed to be added, it can be done with the code like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>add_filter( 'jet-apb\/capability', function( $capability, $context ) {\r\n    $allowed_contexts = &#091;\r\n        'appointment-add-appointment',\r\n        'appointments-list',\r\n    ];\r\n\r\n    if ( in_array( $context, $allowed_contexts, true ) ) {\r\n        return 'edit_posts';\r\n    }\r\n\r\n    return $capability;\r\n}, 10, 2 );\r<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>The second filter that you can add works based on the user ID. It completely rewrites the validation and not only changes the access capability name.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open the <strong><em>WordPress Dashboard &gt; Snippets &gt; Add New <\/em><\/strong>directory again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paste the code snippet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>add_filter( 'jet-apb\/current-user-can', function( $option, $context ) {\r\n\tif( ( $context === 'appointment-add-appointment' ) &amp;&amp; get_current_user_id() === 3 ) {\r\n\t\treturn true;\r\n\t}\r\n\treturn $option;\r\n}, 10, 2 );\r<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>jet-apb\/current-user-can \u2014 a hook name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>appointment-add-appointment \u2014 an endpoint, the allowed context;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 \u2014 a user ID;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>true \u2014 a value that indicates if the user role gets permission. Here, we log in to the account with the \u201cEditor\u201d role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can already observe, the <strong><em>WordPress Dashboard &gt; Appointments &gt; Appointments
