The JetBooking<\/em> plugin lets you define the number of available units for a specific room type directly in the Units Manager<\/strong> block when editing its post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this tutorial, we\u2019ll show you how to configure multiple units booking in the booking form when the \u201cPlain\u201d Booking mode<\/strong> is selected and the WooCommerce integration<\/strong> is activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setting the Multiple Units Booking <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Go to the WordPress Dashboard > JetFormBuilder > Forms <\/em><\/strong>tab and open a booking form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, add the Number Field<\/strong><\/a> for the number of units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Block<\/strong> settings, enter the FIELD LABEL<\/strong> and FORM FIELD NAME<\/strong> in the General<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, scroll down to the Field<\/strong> tab and press the \u201cdatabase<\/strong>\u201d icon near the MAX VALUE<\/strong> field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Edit Preset<\/strong> pop-up, set the following options for fields: SOURCE<\/strong> \u2014 \u201cPost\u201d, GET POST ID FROM<\/strong> \u2014 \u201cCurrent Post\u201d, and POST PROPERTY<\/strong> \u2014 \u201cPost Units Number\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, push the \u201cUpdate<\/strong>\u201d button to close the pop-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recommend applying JetEngine<\/em><\/a>\u2019s Dynamic Visibility<\/strong> to this field, so it will be shown only when an apartment has available units. To do so, press the \u201ceye<\/strong>\u201d icon in the block’s upper toolbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Set up visibility conditions for current block<\/strong> pop-up, activate the Enable<\/strong> toggle, select the \u201cShow element if condition met\u201d in the VISIBILITY CONDITION TYPE<\/strong> dropdown, click the \u201c+ Add new item<\/strong>\u201d button, and pick the \u201cApartment has Units\u201d CONDITION<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Number Field<\/strong> value can be added to the Calculated Field<\/strong><\/a> formula, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

shows the apartment price multiplied by the number of dates and units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this field is used in a Calculated Field<\/strong>, and the post has no units, the result may be zero.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
To avoid this, add a Hidden Field<\/strong><\/a> with the same FORM FIELD NAME<\/strong> as the Number Field<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Select the \u201cManual Input\u201d option for the FIELD VALUE<\/strong> and enter the \u201c1\u201d VALUE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Press the \u201ceye<\/strong>\u201d icon to apply the opposite visibility condition to it. Activate the Enable<\/strong> toggle in the pop-up, select the \u201cHide element if condition met\u201d in the VISIBILITY CONDITION TYPE<\/strong> dropdown, click the \u201c+ Add new item<\/strong>\u201d button, and pick the \u201cApartment has Units\u201d CONDITION<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, click to edit the \u201cApartment Booking\u201d post submit action in the JetForm <\/strong>tab from the right panel and enable the Booking multiple units<\/strong> toggle in the pop-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It activates the CAPACITY FIELD<\/strong>, where the Number Field <\/strong>for the unit number should be selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, press the \u201cUpdate<\/strong>\u201d button to close the pop-up and the \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d button to save the changes in the booking form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Checking the Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Proceed to the front end with the booking form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We select one night in the date selection fields and set \u201c1\u201d in the UNIT NUMBER<\/strong> field. The total price is \u201c$200\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we set \u201c2\u201d in UNIT NUMBER<\/strong>, the price becomes \u201c$400\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case there are not enough units for booking, the \u201cNot enough available units. Only n available.\u201d error message will be shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After submitting the booking, users can view the order details, including the individual price for each unit and the total price for all units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Thank you Page also displays a list of all booking units in a table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the WordPress Dashboard > Bookings<\/em><\/strong> tab, individual bookings are displayed for each booked unit. All of these bookings are linked to the same order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Detailed order information can be reached by clicking on the Related Order<\/strong> or in the WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Orders <\/em><\/strong>directory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Things to know<\/div>
All bookings will be created with the \u201cPending\u201d status. This can be changed using the Automatically switch bookings statuses <\/strong>feature in the WordPress Dashboard > Bookings > Settings > <\/em><\/strong>Advanced<\/em><\/strong><\/a> <\/em><\/strong>tab.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

Things to know<\/div>
Two-way WooCommerce order sync<\/strong> only works for one-to-one relationships between an order and a booking.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
This means if an order contains a single booking, changing the order\u2019s status updates the booking\u2019s status and vice versa. However, if one order contains multiple bookings, changing the order status will update all linked bookings; changing the status of an individual booking, on the other hand, will not affect the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dynamic Visibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
With the JetEngine<\/em>\u2019s <\/em>Dynamic Visibility<\/strong><\/a> feature, you can display a label or other elements on the Single Property<\/a> page or booking form, depending on whether an apartment has units or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two conditions are available in the Elementor, WordPress block, and Bricks editors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
