After creating a Custom Post Type<\/strong><\/a> (\u201cProducts,\u201d \u201cTestimonials,\u201d etc.) in the WordPress Dashboard,<\/strong> additional styling options may be required. To be able to customize the custom post in Elementor<\/a>, the corresponding button may not be available in the post editor.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To activate the button, one needs to complete the following steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow the WordPress Dashboard > Elementor > Settings <\/em><\/strong>path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the General<\/strong> section, tick the CPT <\/strong>that needs to be edited with Elementor and click the \u201cSave Changes<\/strong>\u201d button. We\u2019ve created a \u201cCollections\u201d CPT<\/strong> for demonstration purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n

The JetEngine plugin is needed to create custom post types with dynamic content.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Then proceed to the Custom Post Type<\/strong> (depending on the website structure, it can be anything like Listing items<\/strong>, Theme parts,<\/strong> Portfolio items<\/strong>, or any other types).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, we have a \u201cWinter Collection 24-25\u201d created in the \u201cCollections\u201d CPT<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To edit the post, click the \u201cEdit<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we\u2019ve selected the CPT <\/strong>in the first step, we can now edit its posts with Elementor. The top panel has a corresponding button: \u201cEdit with<\/strong> Elementor<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
