For that, we select the \u201cWooCommerce My Account Endpoint\u201d option in the <strong>ROUTING <\/strong>field. If you choose the \u201cStatic Page\u201d option, you can select from the available pages or create a new one. When you select the \u201cWooCommerce My Account Endpoint,\u201d the \u201cChats\u201d section will be displayed as a separate section on the customer\u2019s account page;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PAGE URL<\/strong> \u2014 the input appears when the \u201cStatic Page\u201d option is selected for the <strong>ROUTING <\/strong>field, and allows one to set the page URL where the chats will be displayed;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ENDPOINT LABEL<\/strong>&nbsp; \u2014 the input appears when the \u201cWooCommerce My Account Endpoint\u201d option is selected for the <strong>ROUTING <\/strong>field, and allows one to set the name of the section for the chats;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>STARTER MESSAGE<\/strong> \u2014 the text message is sent automatically when a WooCommerce order creates a chat between customer and seller, and can be customized in the provided textarea field. One can use the following supported template tokens: {{customer_name}}, {{seller_name}}, {{order_id}}, {{order_details}}, {{order_date}}, {{order_total}}, {{order_view_url}}, {{seller_item_count}}<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add &#8220;Chat About This Order&#8221; button to order details page<\/strong> \u2014 the toggle allows adding the \u201c<strong>Start Chat<\/strong>\u201d button to the order details page once the order has been completed. Once enabled, the following two inputs appear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BUTTON POSITION<\/strong> \u2014&nbsp; the dropdown allows choosing where the order chat CTA will be rendered on the WooCommerce order details screen;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BUTTON LABEL<\/strong> \u2014 the input defines the text that will be displayed on the button to start the chat.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you made any changes here, click the \u201c<strong>Save changes<\/strong>\u201d button at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"woocommerce-order-chat-on-the-frontend\">WooCommerce Order Chat on the Frontend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>It is important to highlight that the chat can be started by the logged-in user. The guest cannot start the conversation. Neither admin nor WooCommerce vendor can start a chat. In terms of eCommerce, the most effective use case for <em>JetMessenger <\/em>is to serve as a <em>WooCommerce <\/em>order support service.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <em>WooCommerce <\/em>Order context, the conversation can be started only when the order is created.
