The Vertical Mega Menu <\/strong>widget is part of the JetMenu<\/em><\/a> <\/em>plugin that allows one to display the WordPress menu vertically with subitems in a slide-out.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This overview contains all the needed information about the Vertical Mega Menu <\/strong>widget settings in Elementor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before working with the Vertical Mega Menu<\/strong> widget, a menu should be created. It can be done in the WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Menus <\/em><\/strong> directory.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Vertical Mega Menu Widget Content Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once the page\/template is opened in the page builder, the Vertical Mega Menu <\/strong>widget should be placed on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Menu <\/strong>tab of the Content <\/strong>settings, the Select Menu <\/strong>field is presented. The menu created beforehand can be picked in the corresponding drop-down selector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following Settings <\/strong>tab displays three fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Sub Menu Position<\/strong>, there are two options for selection, \u201cRight Side\u201d and \u201cLeft Side,\u201d that display submenu items on the right side to the main menu or the left one accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following Sub Menu Trigger <\/strong>field includes two options for selection: \u201cHover\u201d and \u201cClick\u201d. By default, the submenu opens when hovering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the \u201cClick\u201d option is activated, the Sub Menu Target<\/strong> field appears. It allows selecting which option should be clicked in order to open the submenu, \u201cItem\u201d or \u201cSub Icon.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following Animation <\/strong>field is intended to choose the opening animation for the submenu items. Several options for selection can be checked while hovering on the menu item that covers the submenu. Among the options are: \u201cNone,\u201d \u201cFade,\u201d \u201cMove Up,\u201d \u201cMove Down,\u201d \u201cMove Left,\u201d and \u201cMove Right.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Except for these Elementor settings, the menu can be customized globally by proceeding to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Menus<\/em><\/strong>, opening the desired menu, and hovering over the needed menu item to see the \u201cSettings<\/strong>\u201d button. There, changes will be applied to the menu in general, while in the page builder, a menu can be changed for one page specifically.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
