This overview reveals all the plugin&#8217;s features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After completing all the steps of the <a href=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/jetappointment\/jetappointment-full-overview-and-wizard-setup\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>JetAppointment<\/em> plugin setup wizard<\/a>, one can access the <strong>Appointments<\/strong> submenu. It can be used to alter the post type initially set during the setup wizard;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provider post type<\/strong> \u2014 a feature that allows changing the providers\u2019 custom type; if needed, another one can be chosen from the drop-down menu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service Slot Duplicating Across Providers<\/strong> \u2014 a feature that is disabled by default. When set to \u201cDisabled\u201d, all providers of the same service share the same slots. In this case, booking a slot with \u201cProvider A\u201d makes the same time slot unavailable for \u201cProvider B,\u201d ensuring that no double bookings occur for a particular time. When set to \u201cEnabled,\u201d each provider of the same service has separate appointment slots. This means that booking a time slot for \u201cProvider A\u201d does not affect the availability of the same time slot for \u201cProvider B,\u201d allowing multiple providers to take bookings independently;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>WooCommerce Integration<\/strong> \u2014 a feature that is deactivated by default. When activated, it allows the user to pay for the service immediately after completing the appointment form with the help of the WooCommerce service. This topic is fully covered in the <a href=\"https:\/\/crocoblock.com\/knowledge-base\/articles\/jetappointment-how-to-enable-woocommerce-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WooCommerce integration<\/a> tutorial:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Two-way WC orders synch<\/strong> \u2014 when enabled, this feature ensures that the <em>WooCommerce <\/em>order status is updated when the appointment status changes. By default, changing an appointment status does not affect the related order status;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manage Capacity<\/strong> \u2014 a feature that is deactivated by default. When activated, it allows setting the maximum number of slots available for booking:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Show Capacity Counter<\/strong> \u2014 a feature that is deactivated by default. When this switcher is enabled, it displays the service capacity count in appointment slots;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User Can Manage Booked Capacity<\/strong> \u2014 a feature that is deactivated by default. For example, if set to \u201c00:15\u201d, a 5:00 p.m. appointment cannot be booked after 4:45 p.m;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Multi Booking<\/strong> \u2014 a feature that is deactivated by default. If there are days when the company doesn\u2019t work, just don\u2019t set any work hours;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Days Off<\/strong> \u2014 this feature allows one to specify non-working days, such as weekends or holidays. The &#8220;Allow rewrite for service\/provider&#8221; option enables custom days off for specific services or providers. The &#8220;Force global days off&#8221; option applies the same days off across all services and providers. To configure this, the &#8220;<strong>Add days<\/strong>&#8221; button should be clicked;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Working Days<\/strong> \u2014 this feature allows one to define the available days for bookings; two options are available. The &#8220;Override all schedule with new days&#8221; option replaces the entire schedule with the selected working days. The &#8220;Override only days added below&#8221; option modifies only the specified days without affecting the existing schedule. In addition, one can set a <strong>Custom Schedule<\/strong> if needed. They overlap each other in the following order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Work hours of providers \u2014 Work hours of services \u2014 General work hours<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means that the provider&#8217;s individual schedule will take priority over the service and general work hours. When a schedule is set for a specific service, it will be displayed instead of the general work hours. To disable slot sharing, custom schedules must be turned off for all providers.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"labels\">Labels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>The <strong>Labels<\/strong> tab contains the <strong>Use custom labels<\/strong> toggle.
