It is also used as the redirect page after a new chat is created.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"context-settings\">Context settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Contexts<\/strong> section enables chats for different WordPress or <em>WooCommerce<\/em> entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Post<\/strong> context lets users create chats connected to WordPress posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Available settings include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enable context<\/strong> \u2014 activates chat support for posts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PAGE URL<\/strong> \u2014 specifies the page containing the <strong>My Chats<\/strong> component for post-related conversations. The message supports dynamic placeholders such as: {{customer_name}}, {{seller_name}}, {{order_id}}, {{order_details}}, {{order_date}}, {{order_total}}, {{order_view_url}}, {{seller_item_count}};<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add &#8220;Chat About This Order&#8221; button to order details page<\/strong> \u2014 enables the order chat CTA button on the <em>WooCommerce<\/em> order details page. If this toggle is disabled, users cannot start order-related chats. When enabled, additional settings become available:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>BUTTON POSITION<\/strong> \u2014 defines where the order chat CTA button will be displayed on the <em>WooCommerce<\/em> order details page. The \u201cwoocommerce_order_details_after_order_table\u201d hook renders the button after the order details table, while the \u201cwoocommerce_view_order\u201d hook displays it within the order view section;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BUTTON LABEL<\/strong> \u2014 sets the text displayed on the order chat CTA button, e.g., \u201cChat About This Order\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Woo Products<\/strong> context enables chats related to specific <em>WooCommerce<\/em> products.
