To let users select the number of JetWooBuilder <\/em>products to show per page using a JetSmartFilters filter, we will create a filter with the JetSmartFilters <\/em>plugin. It will contain numeric options corresponding to the number of products displayed on the page.<\/p>\n\n\n

The following use case works with all WordPress post types.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s go through the process step by step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create a Filter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Go to WordPress Dashboard > Smart Filters > Add New <\/em><\/strong>to build a new filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complete a Filter Name<\/strong> (here, \u201cProducts per Page\u201d) and pick the Filter Type<\/strong>, which can be \u201cSelect<\/a>\u201d or \u201cRadio<\/a>\u201d options. For example, we choose the \u201cSelect\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pick the \u201cManual Input\u201d Data Source <\/strong>to be able to add the values that will correspond to the products displayed per page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the Options List <\/strong>section appears, press the \u201cAdd New<\/strong>\u201d button every time you want to add a new option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For instance, we add options like \u201c4,\u201d \u201c8,\u201d and \u201c12\u201d with the same Labels <\/strong>and Values <\/strong>correspondingly. With these options, users can select whether four, eight, or twelve products are shown in the Products Grid<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scroll down to the Query Variable <\/strong>field and press the \u201cDynamic Tag<\/strong>\u201d button next to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the opened list, find and click the \u201cPlain Query Variable\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the opened settings, put the \u201cposts_per_page\u201d value in the Variable Name <\/strong>field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also scroll down to the Filter Labels <\/strong>section and set the Filter Label <\/strong>and Active Filter Label<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the filter is ready, press the \u201cUpdate<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Add the Filter to the Page\/Template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the page or template where you want to place the Products Grid<\/strong> widget and the filter you created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In our case, it\u2019s a page from the WordPress Dashboard > Pages <\/em><\/strong>directory. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you open the page in the Elementor page builder, add a Products Grid <\/strong>widget if you haven\u2019t added one yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, find and place a corresponding filter widget on the page. In our case, it\u2019s the Select Filter <\/strong>widget. But if you have built the \u201cRadio\u201d filter, add the Radio Filter <\/strong>widget correspondingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pick the previously built filter in the Select filter <\/strong>field and apply it to the provider using the This filter for <\/strong>selector: select the \u201cJetWooBuilder Products Grid\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hit the \u201cPublish<\/strong>\u201d button to save the changes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Open the built page on the front end. By default, the layout includes four products, our first option\u2019s value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the help of the selector, you can pick the number of products displayed per page. In our case, we can set a 4-item, 8-item, or 12-item layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
