Issue with Filters and Elementor Pro Post widget / Elementor Pro Portfolio widget

Answer

  1. Open the WordPress Dashboard.

  2. Go to the Crocoblock tab.

    Click the JetPlugins Settings there and proceed to JetSmartFilters > General Settings in the left-side menu bar.

  3. Select the necessary widgets.

    Select only those widgets that you currently use the filter for: Elementor Pro Posts or Elementor Pro Portfolio. The remaining widgets should be inactive. Save the changes.

  4. Set the filters.

    The next step is to set the filters with the Elementor Pro widgets. Therefore, open the needed page in the Elementor Page Builder.

  5. Click on the Pro Posts/Portfolio widget.

    In the Content section, find the Query tab. Proceed to the Query ID field and enter the following ID: jet-smart-filters.
