The element can search within CPTs and custom fields, default WordPress tags and categories, as well as taxonomy terms. It helps to organize the search results output, configure the sources for search, and customize the way search results look. You can set the widget/block to search by the custom query or indicate the sources for the search area, be it CPTs, posts, pages, or WooCommerce products. The search results can be arranged by relevance, date, author, etc. Enable the results to counter option if needed.

A search results page is a separate archive page template designed to showcase the search results arranged by a certain criterium. It can be created from the WordPress Dashboard using Theme Builder functionality. By default, the search results are arranged by relevance, but you can add custom sorting parameters like price, date, etc. Search results look best when displayed via the Listing Grid, Posts, and Smart Posts List widgets.
