JetMessenger Overview

JetMessenger is a WordPress messaging plugin for Elementor, Gutenberg, and Bricks that adds real-time communication features to websites and marketplaces. The plugin allows logged-in users to start and manage private conversations directly on the website through dedicated chat interfaces integrated with WooCommerce, user profiles, listings, and custom content.

Direct Messaging Between Users

Allow logged-in users to communicate privately with each other directly on the website. This feature supports one-to-one conversations for communities, educational platforms, marketplace communication, or other user-driven projects.

WooCommerce Order Messaging

Enable customers, vendors, and administrators to discuss specific WooCommerce orders in dedicated chats. Users can clarify order details, track updates, ask delivery questions, and keep all order-related communications organized in one place inside the WooCommerce account area.

WooCommerce Product Messaging

Add a chat option directly to WooCommerce product pages so customers can contact sellers before making a purchase. Buyers can ask about product details, availability, customization options, or shipping information without leaving the product page.

My Chats Inbox

Provide users with a centralized inbox that stores all conversations in one interface. Chats can be grouped and filtered by context, including WooCommerce orders, products, direct messages, posts, or listings, making communication easy to navigate.

Start New Chat Buttons

Place customizable “Start Chat” buttons anywhere on the website, including static pages, listings, templates, or product pages. The button automatically captures the current context, such as a product, post, or user profile, and opens the relevant conversation instantly.

Context‑Based Chat

Keep conversations organized by creating separate chats for individual objects, like objects, products, posts, or listings. This prevents unrelated conversations from mixing and helps users easily follow communication related to a specific item or transaction.

Role‑Based Permissions

Control who can access and participate in chats with flexible permission settings. Define which user roles, such as buyers, vendors, members, or administrators, can read, reply to, or manage conversations on the website.

Email and On‑Site Notifications

Keep users informed about new messages and chat activity through email notifications and on-site indicators. Users can receive updates when a new chat starts, when someone replies, or when order-related information changes, helping them stay connected without constantly checking the website.

Chat Components for Page Builders

Use dedicated chat widgets/blocks/elements for Elementor, Gutenberg, and Bricks to add messaging functionality anywhere on the website. Easily display chat inboxes, conversation layouts, or chat buttons inside custom templates and dynamic content layouts without coding.
