JetTabs Dashboard Overview

JetTabs is a plugin that enables the creation of both vertical and horizontal tabs on WordPress websites, allowing adding any content inside them, static or dynamic. 

Before using the plugin’s widgets, the JetTabs dashboard should be checked in order to adjust the plugin settings according to one’s needs.

The JetTabs settings can be found by navigating to the WordPress Dashboard > Crocoblock > JetPlugins directory and opening the JetTabs tab.

In the JetTabs settings, one can work with the two subtabs: General Settings and Widgets.

In the General Settings tab, one can adjust the following fields:

• Editor Load Level — a feature that allows selecting the amount of Elementor style settings you want to be available for JetTabs widgets. The higher the level set, the greater the load on the website;
• Ajax Request Type — the type of AJAX request used for the loading of the widgets;
• Use Cache for Elementor Templates — a toggle that enables Elementor templates caching.

If the last-mentioned toggle is activated, the following settings become visible:

• Cache Expiration — a timeout for cache. If one selects the “None” option, the cache will be saved permanently. Importantly, reselecting the options in this dropdown and resaving the template will clear the content cache of all the tabs;
• Clear Cache — a button that clears the cache when clicked.

The Widgets tab shows the JetTabs widgets that are active on the website: Classic Accordion, Image Accordion, Switcher, and Tabs.

By default, all the widgets are activated. However, they can be disabled to reduce the website’s load time.
