Sites of The Fall: WordPress Websites Made With Crocoblock (2024)

There are a few constants in life: the sun is bright and warm, the snow is white and cold, and if you want to build WordPress websites quickly and efficiently, the Crocoblock suite delivers every time.

And it’s no exaggeration when it comes to Crocoblock – just try it and see how much time, effort, and even money it can save you.

But let’s get down to business: here are some practical examples of Fall 2024 websites submitted by developers that our team chose to showcase.

The Lineup:

Sizzle & Serve

Recipe website with Crocoblock

Developer: M Designs
Theme: Hello Elementor
Plugins: JetEngine, JetSearch, JetSmartFilters, JetBlocks

This website is not only visually appealing, with its beautiful illustrations and clean design, but it’s also really well thought out in its structure. It has plenty of categories, filters, and even the option to search by ingredients, making it super easy for users to find what they need without feeling lost or frustrated.

Everything feels organized, and the navigation is straightforward. Thus, you can easily switch between pages – of categories or recipes themselves – if they share common factors that make them related, such as ingredients, cooking time, theme, or diet type.

Let’s see which Crocoblock tools are used here the most, and it’s, apparently, JetEngine. Using it, developers created the “Recipescustom post type

This post type is organized by a few custom taxonomies, such as:

  • prep-time;
  • season;
  • method;
  • ingredient;
  • collections.

Each of these taxonomies has quite many taxonomy terms, so recipes can be easily structured without omitting any small details.

To display these posts, terms (categories and tags), JetEngine listing grids, and carousels are used very well: there’s no overuse of them, they are properly combined, and the blocks requiring special attention, like “Favorite Recipes,” are inside the carousel.

By the way, the developer also efficiently used custom queries to display exactly what was required. You can check how to use Meta Query Clauses in this documentation to query items not only by CPT, taxonomy, author, etc. but also by custom fields and their values.

Listing grids use the equal height feature to make grid elements look nice without much effort.

And, of course, the JetSmartFilters plugin does the job of filtering by ingredients.

In short, this is a great example of a website that doesn’t just look good but also works really well, both for the people using it and the people running it. It’s built to be fast, functional, and easy to maintain – a win all around.

HB Plaster

Construction website with Crocoblock

Developer: Rubix Studios
Theme: Kava
Plugins: JetBlog, JetTabs, JetPopup, JetThemeCore, JetElements, JetTricks

If you want to see what a very minimalistic design looks like – and this design actually channels the idea of minimalism and something clean and clear as plastering – well, look at the HB Plaster website.

It’s so minimalistic and clean that, at first, I even thought some elements hadn’t yet loaded. But they did, and the JetTricks animations did, too.

This website successfully combines a minimalistic yet stylish vibe. The developers also used the JetThemeCore plugin, which can cope with almost any editor, deliver custom templates for any custom type category, use custom visibility, and make your life much easier right out of the box.

I’m not sure that the cursor effect of the dot that feels like the Internet is a bit down adds some professional vibe to the website that is supposed to deliver fast and professional plaster services –  but who knows what the creators wanted to tell us, probably say something about the smoothness of the work.

Stibo Complete

Marketing website Crocoblock

Developer: Graphics House
Theme: Hello Elementor
Plugins: JetEngine, JetMenu, JetPopup, JetFormBuilder, JetElements, JetTabs, JetTricks, JetSearch

This is a website that offers marketing services in Scandinavia and has a whopping history of almost 250 years. Stibo Complete stands out as Scandinavia’s leading marketing production company, providing end-to-end solutions for businesses across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.

The website is sleek, elegant, and modern, with just a no-nonsense approach: clean design, clear navigation, and an emphasis on the facts. Every element is purposeful, reflecting the company’s commitment to precision, quality, and sustainability.

And, of course, the developer makes the best of Crocoblock plugins. They used JetEngine to create custom post types. However, they didn’t create a lot, just two, and almost the whole website is made using the default “page” post types because they talk mostly about the services, so extra CPTs and custom templates are not really needed.

They’ve used JetFormBuilder to add powerful forms, and JetMenu is responsible for the mega menu. If you use Elementor to create a website, JetElements is the add-on that offers so many various settings and almost full flexibility.

This is a multilingual site using WPML with a very stylish use of JetEngine’s Listing Grids – just look at their Ydelser (Services) page. Well, wherever you look, it looks cool and professional.

Another good thing about this site is that it’s properly SEO-optimized and fast.

Kenz Klean

eCommerce website Crocoblock

Developer: Rubix Studios
Theme: Kava
Plugins: JetWooBuilder, JetProductGallery, JetBlog, JetBlocks, JetThemeCore, JetElements

Cool sneakers don’t just walk the walk – they strut. But a style this sharp needs more than just your killer vibe; it needs a good scrub, too, and Kenz Klean is the company providing this service in Melbourne and selling some products for sneaker protection.

The developer decided to implement the product and service purchase using WooCommerce and customized it with JetWooBuilder. Also, they added extra page transitions and animations.

The company definitely invests in native SEO, so the blog (implemented using JetBlog) has quite many useful articles.

 Privacy First

Service JetPlugins website

Developer: Rubix Studios
Theme: Kava
Plugins: JetWooBuilder, JetSmartFilters, JetProductGallery, JetBlog, JetBlocks, JetTabs, JetThemeCore, JetElements

Another work for an Australian client; this time, the website is all about cybersecurity services and goods. There is not a big shop there, but you can see a custom product template for WooCommerce. To customize it, they’ve used the JetWooBuilder and JetProductGallery plugins.

To design a cool top panel, JetBlocks were used, and, of course, JetSearch – for the obvious reason – to help users find wherever they are looking. The search result page is also customized using JetWooBuilder. What I think they could add for better UX is search suggestions for JetSearch: it’s very easy for such small shops, and it would be really to the point.

The design is sleek and perfectly matches the topic, with green color shades being traditionally associated with security and monitoring tools.

Kenridge Residences

Booking website Crocoblock

Developer: AI Online Inc.
Theme: Hello Elementor
Plugins: JetEngine, JetElements, JetBooking, JetPopup, JetWooBuilder, JetThemeCore, JetFormBuilder

If you visit Barbados, this website may be useful since it’s for booking self-served apartments, and the developer used a dedicated “apartment” custom post type for it.

It’s not surprising that they also use the JetBooking plugin, which has WooCommerce integration and allows for various payment methods.

By the way, if you sell some individual products (but not booking), you can get a similar functionality using the WooCommerce Checkout add-on. However, if you prefer not to use WooCommerce at all, you can implement the eCommerce functionality just by using the JetFormBuilder checkout

The design is simple yet stylish, with nice and refined meta field icons that add detail without overwhelming the layout.

Wrapping Up

Building websites using the Crocoblock suite really streamlines the process, as you get all the tools you need for the majority of the website types. With the introduction of the JetEngine AI website structure builder, you can speed up the process even more, as the plugin not only suggests the structure with all the CPTs, custom fields, relations, and filters but also creates them for you.

We can’t wait to see your new projects. If they are so cool that you want to show them to the world, don’t forget to submit them here.
